Not because it announces itself as historically important, but because so much underground history lives in these small, unguarded releases: a mini CDr, no catalog number, no promotional machinery, just a frozen scrap of someone’s practice. The post preserves it without thawing it too much. That feels right. Some objects should remain a little fogged over.
