Man Is The Bastard - (1993) Abundance Of Guns 7''
In stark contrast to other punk musicians, MITB made the move of displacing the electric guitar from its long reign as the primary instrument of punk aggression. In turn, they made room within their revolutionary spirit for progressive bass chords and scales, for industrial noise (field recordings and power electronics), and for member Henry Barnes’ “Amps for Christ” and homemade guitar reconfigurations.
Ultra Violet Eye - (1992) Hardcore Haight EP 7''
Bad in so many ways but kinda catchy, poppy and good in other ways. First song reminds me of Ugly Kid Joe. Track two kind of Echo & The Bunnymen if they were 90's grungy. Track three is a field recording at what I assume is the band talking to a bar owner in a Spicoli way. Fourth track also references some famous song I'm unaware of but have heard. Fifth song reminds me of Barnes & Barnes (Fish Head's song fame) mixed with Frank Zappa. Sixth being some weird hair metal/ goth band from the 90's type song. I dunno, it's just so strange.
The League Of Gentlemen & Robert Fripp - (1981) Split 7''
The League Of Gentlemen was a late-1970s band featuring guitarist Robert Fripp. Other members included bass guitarist Sara Lee (who later joined Gang of Four), keyboardist Barry Andrews (formerly of XTC; later of Shriekback) and drummer Johnny Toobad.
Robert Fripp (born 16 May 1946 in Wimborne Minster, Dorset, England, United Kingdom) is a guitarist, composer and a record producer, perhaps best known for being the guitarist for, and only constant member of, the progressive rock band King Crimson. His work, spanning five decades, encompasses a variety of musical styles.

Hermit - (1999) Bizarre Rituals In Honour Of The Capitalist Machine 7''
Eric Boros has been immersed in the global underground for the better part of the last twenty years. Grunt & Hermit - (1997) Split 7''
Grunt was formed in Finland during spring 1993 to create hard audio havoc. Its early incarnations operated with few other names, before settling into Grunt and making the first officially published works. After 20 years of activity, it is still going strong. Various styles of noise electronics are always hammered with such pressure it usually transforms into known Grunt-noise, even if new methods and approaches are added. Various interests, moods and approaches and different kinds of topics has been used during the years. Strong visuals and lyrics are the most well known to people.
Audience Of The End - (2000) Consume, Die 7''
My friend & former co-worker, Morgan Zinger, was in this band when he was younger. Hardcore, post-crust (ha ha) from Chicago.
Andrew Coltrane & Luke Holland - (2014) Fire Musick CS
Good old fashioned noise is what ANDREW COLTRANE (aka MINKSHROUD) and LUKE HOLLAND (aka MSHING) have to offer you. Noisy, dirty, electronics, but not without a slight rhythmical aspect to the proceedings, that forceful machine drive found in the earliest ESPLENDOR GEOMETRICO work.
